We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a commission-based environment, with earnings tied directly to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our digital ad services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment on client expectations and project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Track and report on sales metrics to measure performance and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing industry. Prior experience in the iGaming sector is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
