Mips is now looking for a Product Communications Manager to take full ownership of how its product innovations are positioned, packaged and launched globally. This is a key role at the intersection of product and marketing, ensuring that complex technology is translated into clear, compelling and commercially effective communication.

The role is part of the Marketing team and works in close collaboration with the Product organization, reporting to the Vice President Brand & Marketing. It serves as a natural bridge between Product Management, Marketing and Sales to drive alignment and execution across functions.

You will be responsible for driving product launches end-to-end

  • from defining positioning and messaging to briefing creative teams, securing assets and ensuring sales enablement materials are in place. Launches vary in scale and require strong structure, prioritization and project leadership.

Beyond launches, you will play an important role in continuously developing product communication platforms, including product pages, product guidelines and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:• Translate technical product features into clear and engaging messaging• Develop launch plans including timelines and asset needs• Brief and coordinate internal content teams and external agencies• Own and drive global product launches across all categories together with the Product team• Define product positioning, naming and hierarchy in line with brand strategy together with the Product team• Ensure sales presentations and materials are aligned and up to date• Continuously develop and update product communication platforms• Explore and improve how physical products are displayed at events, trade shows and sales meetings

Who we’re looking for:You have solid experience from product launches and product communication, ideally within tech-driven or ingredient brands. You are comfortable working with complex, engineering-heavy products and know how to distill technical details into strong, benefit-driven communication.

You are both strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable shaping long-term product architecture as driving day-to-day production and timelines. As a person, you are a diplomatic and collaborative project leader who can work seamlessly with engineers, product managers, sales teams, marketers, and external partners.

This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership and play a central part in how Mips’ innovation is brought to market globally.
