Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Plan and deliver complex IT projects, including software development and hardware implementations, on time and within budget. Project Management & Tracking: Maintain project schedules, tracking milestones for technology roadmaps, digital initiatives, and product development. Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Digital, Marketing, Data, and Technology partners. Risk & Issue Management: Document risks and issues, monitor mitigation plans, and escalate potential delays or bottlenecks in the critical path. Resource & Dependency Management: Track resource allocations and ensure alignment with technology, analytics, and product teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Experience managing banking technology subsystems (e.g., ATM, mobile/internet banking), software development life cycles (SDLC), or IT infrastructure. Project Management: Strong knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) best practices. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project constraints and focus on accuracy.
