About you:
This is an excitingopportunity for a strategic and people focused leader to head up ourFundraising Operations team and help drive meaningful change for people livingwith muscle wasting conditions.
Youll be responsible forleading a high performing team delivering exceptional supporter care, ensuringhigh quality service and operational delivery.
You'll be developing andimplementing strategies to enhance supporter engagement and satisfaction.
You'll be working collaboratively across the organisation, especially with colleagues inFundraising, Finance, and Data.
Youll help create powerful supporter journeysthat reflect the passion and urgency of our cause.
Reporting to the Directorof Fundraising, youll play a key role in delivering Muscular Dystrophy UKsfundraising objectives as part of our new organisational strategymaking atangible impact on the lives of thousands across the UK.

Location: We operate a hybrid model (home and office, London SE1).
