About the Role

A digital agency is looking for an experienced Lead or Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of enterprise productivity. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging strategic vision with hands-on delivery across product, design, and engineering. Your time will be split between client and business development and people management.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on AI adoption, agentic development, and business transformation
• Own the product development lifecycle using lean and agile approaches
• Drive pre-sales activity including proposals, pitches, and shaping engagements
• Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Mentor team members and support internal thought leadership
• Represent the company at industry events and forums

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years client-facing within a consultancy or agency
• Experience with GenAI tools for prototyping, vibe-coding, and driving productivity gains
• Track record of building revenue streams from concept to launch
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Industry depth in Public Sector, Financial Services, or AI (beneficial)
