- can you help us? We’re looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-volume B2B sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of performance, embed sales discipline and build a confident, capable team focused on delivering sustainable revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion and repeat customer business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of 10–15 salespeople
- Coaching to improve capability, confidence and results
- Driving consistent execution of a structured sales process
- Using CRM data and insights to identify opportunities and risks
- Building a high-performance, accountable and customer-focused culture
You will bring:
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong background in telephone-based, office sales
- Experience in fast-paced, short sales cycle environments
- Track record of managing and improving performance in large sales teams (10-15 people)
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.
- 33 days annual leave per year.

Anticipated start date: August no later than September
Interview details: First stage interviews will take place week commencing 13th April - 17th.
Second stage interviews will take place week commencing 20th April- 28th
