As our new Commercial & Finance Coordinator, you will provide sales support to the Commercial Team across both the private and public sectors by providing an administrative service to our Clients, Customers and third parties and you will also provide an administrative support to our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new referrals and handle inbound enquiries.
  • Provide clear information to clients, commissioners and referrers.
  • Support finance tasks including invoices, expenses and payroll data.
  • Maintain contract, pricing and performance information.
  • Update systems and produce reports.
  • Support admin tasks across Finance, Commercial and Operations.

This is a full time position based out of our Head Office in Haywards Heath. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with the occasional weekend on call.
