We are looking for a System Administrator.

Requirements: Experience in IT or technical support up to 1 year Understanding of basic IT security components and architecture (switches, routers, VPN, authentication, etc.) Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, MacOS Experience with office software (MS Office, Office 365) Good knowledge of MS products (+ Office 365) Good knowledge of installing various programs demanding to the equipment Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT) Experience in repairing equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) Skills in working with computer equipment and peripherals (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) Good communication skills and desire to help colleagues in solving technical problems Level of English

  • Intermediate and higher

Will be a plus: Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) Knowledge or experience in monitoring systems Experience in selecting equipment and purchasing equipment introduction of technical documentation Preparation of instructions Experience with firewalls

Responsibilities: Management of internal office infrastructure and ensuring its uninterrupted operation Troubleshooting and troubleshooting (diagnosing and solving problems with ISP, wi-fi, operating systems, drivers, etc.) Monitoring the performance of servers and auxiliary equipment Searching for and eliminating technical problems arising from the company's employees when working with services Preparing and commissioning new workstations for employees Providing technical assistance through helpdesk services Quick response to requests from users Working with services for remote equipment management
