What You’ll Do Work closely with other teams, learning primarily through observation and collaboration rather than relying on formal requirement documents Design, build, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including agent-based frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG systems, data pipelines, MCP connectors, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces Move quickly and iteratively—develop prototypes within days, test with real users, and refine based on real-world feedback Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and rapidly apply them to investment workflows as they evolve Challenge and improve how the teams source deals, assess opportunities, and manage portfolios Start in a sandbox environment for rapid experimentation, then collaborate with global engineering teams to productionize and scale successful solutions Maintain a high delivery pace while upholding strong engineering standards, including clean code, solid architecture, and reliable systems Share insights and learnings with central teams to help shape solutions across the broader organization Accountability Report directly to the Head of Investment Value Stream, with day-to-day accountability to deal teams and close collaboration with broader engineering and AI platform teams Who You Are Required: Strong hands-on experience building with LLMs, agent-based systems, and related architectures Full-stack capabilities, with comfort working across the entire AI application stack—from data pipelines to user interfaces Solid engineering fundamentals, along with the judgment to balance speed and scalability A proactive problem-solver with the ability to quickly understand challenges and deliver effective solutions Required 3 days/week at the office Start asap
