Marketing and Content Creation Intern

The Role

As a Marketing & Content Creation Intern, you will be deeply involved in building and shaping Parently’s online presence. This is a hands-on role where you will actively create content, test ideas, and contribute to growing our brand awareness.

You will also work closely with our influencers and partners, helping to align on content needs, briefs, and outputs to ensure consistency with our brand and marketing goals.

We are especially looking for someone who enjoys creating content — whether it’s social media posts, visuals, or copy.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation (Core Focus): Create engaging content for social media (primarily Instagram), including posts, reels, and visuals
• Influencer Collaboration: Work with our influencers to define, coordinate, and align content that supports our campaigns and brand positioning
• Creative Ideation: Come up with new content ideas, formats, and campaigns to increase reach and engagement
• Social Media Management: Support planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms
• Marketing Support: Assist in creating newsletters, website content, blog posts, and other marketing materials
• Brand Building: Help strengthen Parently’s brand voice and ensure consistency across all channels

What We’re Looking For

• Native Swedish speaker (mandatory) with a strong understanding of local tone and communication
• Based in the Stockholm area and able to come to our warehouse in Sundbyberg at least once per week
• A creative mindset and strong interest in content creation
• Experience (or strong interest) in social media platforms like Instagram
• Ability to create content independently (text, visuals, basic video editing)
• A good sense for what works online — trends, formats, storytelling
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with external partners / influencers
• Hands-on mentality: you enjoy executing, testing, and learning
• Structured and reliable, able to manage tasks and deadlines
• Able to committment minimum 20 hours per week over 3 months
