Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team Our Early Careers Rotational Program is designed to provide recent college graduates with an unparalleled opportunity to kick-start their career in the financial industry. This immersive, two-year program offers hands-on experience in various business units with rotations happening every four months. During the program, you'll work closely with the following teams:
- Marketing: Partners with clients to drive purchase intent for S&P DJI-linked investment vehicles.
- Index Investment Strategy: Collaborates with clients to develop thought leadership that supports S&P DJI-linked investment vehicles.
- Commercial Data & Analytics: Facilitates client-centric decision-making through data, analytics, and automated tools.
- Client Experience: Enhances every facet of the client experience; provides exceptional client service on operational inquiries. At the end of the 24-month rotation, you will have a final placement amongst one of the participating teams. Start Date: January 06, 2025 Responsibilities And Impact
- Contribute positively to each assigned team, leveraging your academic knowledge and enthusiasm to learn.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project tasks.
- Collaborate with various teams, learning to strategize, analyze, and solve complex business challenges. Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $48,508 to $93,700 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. - Bachelor’s degree completed no later than December 2024
- Strong interest in finance, business, sales, and data analysis.
- Outstanding academic record, coupled with extracurricular leadership.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
