The Group is strongly committed to long-term leadership succession and organizational excellence. As part of this commitment, NIG established the Young Executive Trainee Program (YETP), a flagship initiative aimed at developing high-potential young professionals into the next generation of executives and leaders within the organization. Job Purpose The Young Executive Trainee will participate in a structured one-year executive development program aimed at grooming future leaders for National Investment Group. Trainees will undergo intensive training, cross-functional rotations, and executive exposure to build the competencies required for managerial and leadership roles across NIG’s business units. Key Responsibilities Participants in the YETP will: Undertake rotational on-the-job training across multiple NIG business units Participate in executive and leadership classroom training delivered by local and international experts Contribute to business projects, case assignments, and operational improvement initiatives Engage in assessment center exercises, case studies, and group tasks as part of performance evaluation Demonstrate strong analytical thinking in solving real business challenges Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Uphold high ethical standards and professional conduct Actively participate in executive exposure programs, benchmarking visits, and knowledge-sharing sessions with senior leaders Prepare reports, presentations, and project deliverables as assigned Show clear commitment to building a long-term career within the Group Authority During the program, trainees will: Work under the guidance of assigned supervisors and business unit heads Contribute to project teams and operational assignments Provide analysis and recommendations, subject to managerial approval Final placement decisions after the program will be made by NIG management based on performance and organizational needs.
