Talent Acquisition Associate

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Prague team and help us find the best IT talent. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and engaging candidates, while gradually gaining exposure to the full recruitment process. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of interviews and grow into a more independent recruitment role, helping ensure a professional and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is the team In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, our Talent Acquisition team consists of 10 members, and globally we are 57. Together, we source IT talent worldwide. We are excited to welcome a new colleague to our Prague team. This is you University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally including some hands-on sourcing Basic knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools Exposure to interviews or candidate screening is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams Ability to handle confidential information, organize work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken Czech or Slovak language proficiency at native speaker level This is your role Actively search for and engage candidates on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) and post job ads Conduct initial resume screening and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements Participate in screening interviews Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates Manage and update records in our ATS system Learn from senior members of the Talent Acquisition team and contribute ideas to improve processes Contribute to presenting Avenga as an attractive employer and su
