Description
Job Role: Customer Support Associate- Handle customer queries and provide support for digital banking services
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a timely manner, primarily using English/Hindi or other regional languages
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed graduation in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital banking platforms
Shift Timings:
- Rotational for Male
- 7am-7pm for Females
Salary
- 25,000/- CTC (Fixed)
