Sales Representative
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover a minimum of 60 TCs (Total Calls) and 30 PCs (Productive Calls) per day.
- Visit the Distributor (DB) Point and ensure full market coverage.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure consistent product placement and visibility.
- Report daily activities and sales updates to the immediate manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 0 to 1 years of relevant FMCG experience (preferably in food products).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market routes and retail network.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target oriented.
Note: Daily Allowance (DA) will be deducted if daily call targets are not met.
