As an Executive Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of executive schedules and office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Providing calendar management.
  • Travel Coordination: Arranging flight and hotel bookings.
  • Office Management: Overseeing office supplies.
  • Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of key company events.
  • Team Coverage: Providing cover for the Executive Office Manager during absences, ensuring continuous support.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the Private Equity or wider Finance industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is mandatory.
  • Professionalism: A well-groomed professional.
