Ecommerce VA (Shopify CRO & Email)
Description
We’re looking for a data-driven Shopify Growth Specialist who can optimize conversions, increase AOV, and drive revenue through CRO and retention strategies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze Shopify analytics daily (traffic, CVR, AOV, bounce rate)
- Improve product descriptions with benefit-driven copy
- Optimize product page layout and structure
- Improve FAQs and trust badges
- Suggest urgency and promotional strategies
- Reduce cart abandonment
2️⃣ Email & Retention Optimization
- Manage email campaigns (Klaviyo or Shopify Email)
- Optimize abandoned cart and post-purchase flows
- Launch upsell and cross-sell campaigns
- Segment customers strategically
- Track open rate, CTR, and revenue attribution
3️⃣ AOV Growth Strategy
- Create bundles and compelling offers
- Implement upsell apps
- Test tiered discount strategies
- Optimize “Complete the Look” sections
- Suggest limited-time promotions
4️⃣ Reporting & Growth Strategy
- Send a daily 5–7 bullet performance summary
- Provide a weekly performance review
- Present at least 3 revenue improvement suggestions per week
✅ Preferred Skills
- Shopify backend experience
- Basic understanding of ecommerce analytics
- Email marketing experience (Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp preferred)
- Strong CRO knowledge
- Strong written English
- Data-driven mindset
