We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Demand Planning COE Lead to drive global demand planning excellence within a leading manufacturing organization.

If you have a strong background in supply chain planning, forecasting, and digital transformation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global Demand Planning COE strategy
• Lead design & optimization of demand planning processes, tools, and systems
• Drive forecast accuracy through demand sensing & predictive analytics
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams
• Lead IBP integration & digital transformation initiatives
• Act as SME for advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, etc.)
• Manage cross-functional projects & stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and guide regional demand planning teams

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain (Manufacturing setup)
• Strong expertise in forecasting techniques & statistical modeling
• Hands-on experience with planning tools (SAP IBP / o9 / Blue Yonder / Kinaxis)
• Proven ability to drive transformation in a global, matrixed environment
• Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
• MBA / Master’s degree preferred
