Field sales executive

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for interior and exterior design services.
  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, builders, and architects.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert inquiries into projects.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns, brochures, site branding, and promotional activities.
  • Build partnerships with real estate developers, contractors, and vendors for business opportunities.
  • Organize and represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to align customer requirements with business offerings.
  • Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior, exterior, construction, or real estate industry.(Fresher can also apply)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
