Field Sales Rep ( Setter + Closer ) 1099 Commission Only

We are a growing digital services company providing Website Development, Google Business Profile Optimization, and SEO for small and medium businesses in the USA.

We are expanding our sales operations and looking for motivated closers who can generate new clients through door-to-door outreach, email marketing, and follow-up sales calls/meetings.

Job Description:

• As a Sales Closer (Independent Contractor), you will be responsible for:
• Door-to-door outreach to small and medium businesses in your area
• Email marketing using company-provided templates
• Scheduling and managing meetings with business owners
• Conducting discovery calls, presenting services, and closing deals
• Maintaining lead lists, follow-ups, and proper communication
• Representing the company professionally in-person and through email

Note:

Initially, outreach tools will include door-to-door + email marketing.

Based on performance, you will later receive:

• AI-generated calling leads
• Zoom meeting support
• Dedicated company phone number
• Business card & branded materials

Compensation Structure:

Important:

Revenue is counted monthly.

If a client signs an annual plan (e.g., $1000/month × 12 months), revenue is counted per month ($1000), not total annual value.

Probation & Growth:

3-month probation period as an Independent Contractor

After successful performance, eligible for permanent employee role
