We specialize in connecting skilled Filipino professionals—including student interns—with UK-based companies across various sectors, ensuring a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.

About the Client These internship opportunities are with several UK-based partner companies across IT, Marketing, Finance, Admin, and HR-Recruitment sectors. Interns will be part of offshore support teams based in Alabang, assisting in day-to-day operations and gaining hands-on experience in an international business landscape.

About the Role We’re looking for proactive, driven, and eager-to-learn interns to support our clients’ growing operations. This program begins in the last week of February through March, making it ideal for students who want to gain early-year experience and exposure to global workflows.

What You’ll Do

(Tasks vary depending on the internship track)

For IT Interns:

  • Assist with troubleshooting, systems support, and basic technical tasks.
  • Help maintain database records and internal technical documentation.
  • Support ongoing IT projects and software/process improvements.

For Marketing Interns:

  • Assist in content creation, social media management, and campaign support.
  • Conduct market research, analytics tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with the team to prepare marketing materials and project briefs.

For Finance Interns:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and expense tracking.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and invoice processing.
  • Help maintain digital financial records and audit documentation.

For Admin Interns:

  • Assist in organizing digital files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle data management and provide general office support for the UK team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements or project calendars as needed.

For HR-Recruitment Interns:

  • Support recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing and initial screening.
  • Assist with HR documentation, scheduling interviews, and onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare HR-related activity reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
