Executive Assistant to the CEO (Start ASAP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate business communications, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee household operations, including staff coordination and logistics.
- Handle personal errands, events, and social or lifestyle engagements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare correspondence and documentation in polished, professional English.
- Anticipate needs and ensure smooth, organized, day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or entrepreneur.
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting expatriate CEOs (From another country/not Filipinos)
- Fluent in proper and professional English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Well-presented, confident, and composed in professional and social settings.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters.
- Familiar with business etiquette, luxury travel, and high-end environments.
- Tech-savvy and proactive, with strong initiative and independence.
