Business Development Executive/Manager (Ho Chi Minh Only)
Apply only if willing to accept budget - VND 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 PER MONTH.
Main Responsibilities
· Identify and engage new business opportunities through client outreach and networking.
· Build and maintain client relationships, support contract negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
· Provide consultative feedback and market insights to management.
· Support after-sales service, client queries, and issue resolution.
· Assist with quotations, contracts, invoices, and sales reporting.
· Ensure compliance with local business regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
· 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer support, or administrative roles.
· Experience working with international companies or foreign clients is a plus.
· Exposure to consultative sales or providing advisory input to management is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
· Consultative Mindset: Ability to provide feedback and suggest approaches to improve sales strategies.
· Sales & Negotiation: Identify opportunities, engage clients, and support deal closures.
· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written).
· Market Awareness: Familiar with Vietnam’s business environment, regulations, and competitors.
· Proactiveness: Independent, resourceful, and able to share constructive recommendations.
Other Requirements
· Based in Vietnam and legally eligible to provide services as an independent contractor.
· Willing to travel locally for client meetings and business operations.
· Familiar with Vietnamese banking procedures, business regulations, and contractor tax compliance.
· Able to coordinate across different time zones (Singapore & Malaysia).
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
