Construction Tender & Data Entry VA
Description
I run a busy construction company and need a remote assistant who already speaks the language of site diaries, schedules, and compliance paperwork. Your core focus will be three areas:
• Data entry
- recording weekly financial transactions from supplier invoices, purchase orders, and progress claims into our cloud ledger with zero-error reconciliation. • Tender preparation
- assembling bid packs, double-checking scope documents, and chasing any missing subcontractor quotes so each submission goes out complete and on time. • Contract administration
- tracking variations, drafting simple correspondence, and keeping registers current so our project managers always have the latest version control.
Financial records are updated every week, so reliability and a good feel for construction cost codes are essential. While inventory or time-tracking experience is nice to have, the immediate priority is clean, auditable financial data.
You will work with shared folders, Excel/Google Sheets, and our accounting platform MYOB (we’ll grant access once onboard). Clear written English, respect for deadlines, and an eye for detail will set you up for long-term work with us.
