Project Overview:
I have just migrated 11,000+ entries from Excel into QuickBooks Online. The data is currently "categorized"—thousands of transactions are repeating from the same vendors/customers but are not categorized or assigned to the correct Chart of Accounts. I need a QBO expert to perform a massive cleanup, categorization, and reconciliation.
Scope of Work: Batch Categorization: Use QBO Accountant tools or Bank Rules to categorize 11,000+ transactions by vendor/customer. Chart of Accounts Cleanup: Map imported Excel data to the correct QBO accounts. Duplicate Management: Identify and merge duplicate vendor/customer profiles created during the import. Data Validation: Ensure the final Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reflect the original Excel data accurately. Efficiency: Use batch reclassification tools (SaaSAnt, Transaction Pro, or QBO Accountant) to avoid manual entry.
Requirements: MUST have extensive experience with QuickBooks Online (Advanced or Accountant versions). MUST be proficient in "Batch Reclassification" and bulk data management. Proven experience with large-scale Excel-to-QBO migrations. Attention to detail is critical; I cannot have "Uncategorized Expenses" left over.
