Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth in learning and technology solutions. The role involves guiding the team, closing complex deals, and collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Proven SaaS/software sales experience and the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership
  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle for training management systems and e-learning solutions, from lead generation to closure.
  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership & Enablement
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and close complex deals.
  • New Business & Account Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand enterprise and institutional accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Consultative Solution Selling
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored learning solutions that address business challenges.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Presentations & Proposals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and customized proposals.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Marketing teams to support product improvement.
  • Brand & Market Presence
  • Strengthen brand visibility in the EdTech and enterprise learning space.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales, preferably in EdTech, or enterprise learning solutions.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of LMS, LXP, TMS, or enterprise learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset with strong business and problem-solving skills.
