Description

Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for Data Transformation to lead a large‑scale migration program for our client. The role focuses on transitioning data from legacy OSS/BSS and rollout systems to modern cloud platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and IQGEO. The Project Manager will drive strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless data cutovers with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership Lead the end-to-end data transformation and migration program across OSS, BSS, and rollout environments. Define and maintain the transformation strategy, roadmap, timeline, and key deliverables. Own all transformation-related communication as the single point of contact.

Execution & Coordination Coordinate cross-functional teams including ETL, data validation, architecture, and business stakeholders. Oversee cutover planning, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and continuity throughout the transition. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during all transformation phases.

Governance & Stakeholder Management Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Provide executive-level reporting on status, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions. Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business units.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in data migration or data transformation project management. Strong understanding of OSS/BSS landscapes, processes, and transformation methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-system cutovers with minimal disruption. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills. Experience working with Salesforce, ServiceNow, IQGEO, or similar cloud-based platforms. Background in telecommunications, network rollout, or related industries.
