The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapy services to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to support rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
