Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our booking system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and professionally
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and security procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
