Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our booking system
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and professionally
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety and security procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
