Sales Director (Europe)

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a visionary and energetic sales director to lead and drive the growth of our business in the European energy storage market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing the sales team, and establishing a strong sales network to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take on the company's annual/quarterly sales targets for the energy storage business in the European region, lead the development of performance plans, and ensure 100% completion of individual and regional sales tasks.

2. Proactively identify potential customers in the European energy storage market, and systematically develop, establish, and maintain a European sales network.

3. Establish and implement a tiered customer management system, and develop strategies for expanding and maintaining key accounts. Enhance customer retention, order share, and partnership depth through regular reviews, needs identification, and value-added services.

4. Establish an efficient sales process from lead generation to payment collection. Coordinate internal collaboration after order g, working with product, technical, supply chain, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless progress in product confirmation, production, delivery, acceptance, and payment collection.

5. Lead and develop the European sales team, set annual budgets, and optimize resource allocation. Define the team structure, responsibilities, and performance evaluation system.

6. Continuously monitor changes in policies, competitor activities, technological trends, and user needs in the European market, and regularly produce in-depth market analysis reports to support the company’s strategic decision-making and product planning.

7. Dynamically adjust sales strategies, resource allocation, and team activities based on market changes and performance achievement to ensure sustained and stable attainment of business targets.

8. Identify and assess credit risks, policy risks, and major contract risks in the European market, and develop contingency plans in advance to ensure business security.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, New Energy, Business, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of sales experience is required, ideally at least 3 years in a leading sales or market development role within the energy storage or renewable energy industry. Proven experience and success in developing the European market is highly preferred.

2. Language skills: Fluent in English and French. Proficiency in an additional EU official language (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

3. Outstanding cross-cultural communication and team management skills, capable of effectively leading, motivating, and coordinating diverse teams. Strong collaborative skills across departments and the ability to respond swiftly to market changes.

4. A results-driven mindset with the ability to drive business growth and achieve challenging sales targets in the European market.

5. Deep understanding of the European energy storage ecosystem, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and key customer needs.
