Revenue Operations Lead
Description
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to support core revenue operations and client success workflows by ensuring data accuracy, billing alignment, and system consistency as the business scales.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, helping maintain clean revenue data and ensuring deals, renewals, and subscriptions remain aligned across CRM and billing systems.
You will play a key role in monitoring revenue-related data, managing renewal operations, and identifying discrepancies to maintain operational accuracy.
The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate revenue data by ensuring deals, renewals, and subscriptions align across Salesforce, CRM, and billing systems
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams
- Managing renewal operations including tracking upcoming renewals, sending renewal communications using existing templates, and updating records in Salesforce and billing tools
- Monitoring deal updates, billing changes, and product modifications to ensure data integrity after deal closure
- Investigating unexpected edits or anomalies and flagging potential risks early to prevent downstream operational issues
- Supporting revenue controls and internal approval workflows as operational complexity increases
- Identifying recurring data issues and sharing insights with internal teams to help improve operational processes and system accuracy
Ideal Candidate
- You have 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Accounting, Data Operations, or similar operational roles
- You have hands-on experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, datasets, and structured reports
- You are detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy
- You are able to manage recurring operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
- You are comfortable collaborating with distributed global teams
