📋 Description

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities and define product strategies and roadmaps. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization. • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success/failure. Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to optimise current value proposition and drive continual improvement and innovation. • Drive product development with cross-functional team of engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact. • Design and own the end-to-end funnel: from marketing to onboarding, activation, first and recurring payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product management experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, operations. • Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution. • Proven track record of building and optimizing acquisition–activation–monetization funnels, ideally in early-stage products. • Strong data literacy: ability to define metrics, read dashboards, and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative input. • Proven record of leading a cross-functional group (Marketing, Tech, Operations) around the user and revenue goals, not around functions. • Excellent communication in English; ability to clearly articulate hypotheses, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces. • Hands-on, “roll up sleeves” mindset: comfortable manually refining processes after soft laun
