📋 Description

• Own acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and scaling execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Snapchat. • Lead internal UA specialists and external agencies. Set direction, enforce accountability, and drive execution quality. • Build and run a high-velocity creative testing pipeline. Define winner criteria, kill weak concepts fast, and scale winners immediately across variations and localizations. • Define and maintain the full creative testing system: structure, naming conventions, decision rules, and learnings loop. • Own CPA, CVR, ARPU, and LTV tracking. Deliver structured performance reporting daily and weekly. Maintain full channel transparency for leadership. • Enforce compliance frameworks across all creatives and funnels. Audit rejections, extract patterns, and define rules for future scaling. • Build automated flows to monitor competitor ads, offers, and creative patterns. Feed insights directly into growth and creative decisions. • Establish and enforce UA business operations including reporting loops, spend monitoring, and cross-team coordination. Implement automation tools to scale efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading user acquisition with a proven track record scaling paid campaigns profitably on Meta and Snapchat. • Experience managing internal teams and external agencies simultaneously. • Strong background in creative testing pipelines and data-driven optimization. • Advanced skills in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools. • Experience in sweepstakes, online gaming, or subscription-based consumer products is a strong plus. • Proven ability to establish and manage business processes with strict operational discipline. • Exceptional attention to detail, operational rigor, and an accountability-first mindset. • Fluent in English.
