About the role We are looking for a strategic Tech Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to drive the top-of-funnel strategy for our most critical Engineering and Product hires across the EU, IN and LatAm regions and beyond. You will move beyond simple "hunting" to become a market expert, providing data-driven insights, mapping competitor talent pools, and engaging passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles.
