Three-Side Seal Bag Design

I need a production-ready design for a three-side-sealed plastic bag intended for food packaging. The artwork must cover the entire front and back yet leave a clean 1 cm margin on every sealed edge, ensuring the printer has the necessary clear zone for sealing.

Please create: • A precise dieline showing trim, fold, and seal areas. • CMYK print files (AI ) with the 1 cm no-print margin clearly marked. • A simple 3D mock-up so I can preview how the graphics wrap when the bag is filled.

The bag will be formed from food-grade plastic, so keep ink laydown, heat-seal compatibility, and regulatory colour limits in mind. No zipper, tear-notch, or window is planned right now, but if you have a cost-effective suggestion that improves shelf appeal without complicating sealing, feel free to flag it.

Files should be layered, editable, and ready for hand-off to my converter. Let me know your estimated turnaround and how many revision rounds you include so we can get on press without delays. I have artwork made for cardboard. Freelancer has to convert it to the bag as per my instructions and there are few changes to be made
