Aladdin Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives - OutsideIR35 - LDN

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of a leading investment management platform, with a focus on listed and OTC derivatives. The role involves working closely with front-to-back stakeholders to define requirements, support system integration, and deliver scalable solutions across trading and post-trade workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a front-to-back investment platform across derivatives products (ETD & OTC), including configuration across key modules such as dashboards, compliance, analytics, and portfolio management tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to integrate trading and post-trade services, including execution platforms and middleware providers
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with Investment and Operations stakeholders to define scope, document business needs, and align on delivery objectives
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support delivery through the project lifecycle
• Work across front, middle, and back office teams to ensure effective system adoption and process alignment

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with investment management platforms (e.g., Aladdin or similar)
• Solid understanding of ETD and OTC derivatives workflows
• Experience integrating with trading platforms, middleware, or post-trade service providers
• Proven ability to run workshops and produce clear business and functional documentation
• Strong stakeholder management across Investment and Operations teams
