Description

• Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address and resolve queries.
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company standards.
• Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Accounting & Finance team.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

• A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
