Team EA - maternity cover
Description
A boutique property investment company is looking for a Team EA to join their friendly and sociable team for a 9-12 month maternity cover. This is a great opportunity for a polished and well-spoken second or third jobber with around 2+ years’ PA/Team Assistant experience who enjoys being in a collaborative environment.
Working closely with another Team Assistant, you’ll support Partners, Directors and the wider team while helping ensure the smooth running of the office.
Their offices are based in the heart of Mayfair, salary is £35,000-£40,000, plus fantastic benefits including company offsites (e.g. ski trip). They're looking for someone to start in May/June to allow for a handover with the incumbent Team EA.
What you'll do:
- Providing administrative support including diary management, travel booking and meeting coordination
- Preparing itineraries, presentations and supporting meeting logistics
- Maintaining an organised and professional office environment
- Managing office supplies, facilities coordination and IT support
- Assisting with company events, employee engagement initiatives and overseas offsites
- Managing documents, filing systems, purchase orders and invoices
- Supporting internal systems, website updates and tenant communications
Who you are:
- ~2+ years’ experience in a PA, Team Assistant or administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a sociable environment
