Senior Finance EA for Contract role with bonus

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance EA to join a Large company based in Central London. This is a maternity contract which will begin in June and finish next September with a completion bonus. This position is paying up to 85k with working hours 9-6 and working from home on a Friday. This company offers a positive working environment with plenty of team socials and 27 days holiday a year as well as pension contributions. This company is well established having been running for over two decades and is a market leader. The right applicant will have senior EA experience in a corporate setting.

The role

Acting as Executive Assistant to the Partners of the Technology Funds, providing support to the wider Tech Team where needed

Provide support with diary management, including scheduling internal and external meetings

Organise travel arrangements and business trips (flights, hotels, taxis, trains, conference registration, etc.) as required

Process expenses

Preparation of Tech Trust board packs

Co-ordinate production of Tech Trust annual and half-year reports

Co-ordinate production of the Tech Team annual strategy document

Help manage the investment process by monitoring the flow of investment ideas, coordinating regular pipeline meetings

Conduct monthly technology peer group analysis

Circulate upcoming earnings dates to the team during earnings season

Ad hoc Admin

The person

Prior experience working in a fast-paced role within the financial services sector, supporting portfolio managers, partners or CEO.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage own workload, multitask XXXX XXXX tight deadlines

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of discretion

Confident managing multiple stakeholders and making non-investment decisions on behalf of the team

A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
