Projects Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed Term - Up to £32,000 + Excellent Benefits
We're recruiting for a Projects Coordinator to join a busy, collaborative team in Poole on a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, supporting multiple teams and helping maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Projects Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of customer and internal projects by:
- Coordinating customer project tasks including logo and product set ups
- Managing kitted codes, PIM amendments and consignment changes
- Supporting onboarding activity and wider project delivery
- Producing commercial invoices accurately and on time
- Assisting with general and ad-hoc order processing when required
- Contributing to internal development projects and system improvements
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Projects Coordinator, you'll ideally have:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a 'can-do' attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Good problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
