A growing technology-led organisation is looking for a confident Senior HR Generalist to join on a 12-month FTC. Operating in a fast-paced, environment within a small HR team offers broad exposure across HR operations, ER, and office management, supporting a highly engaged workforce.
The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR activity, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle while providing practical advice to managers. The Senior HR Generalist will act as a key point of contact for employees and People managers, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of office management, helping maintain a well-organised, safe and productive workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and HR systems
- Handle a range of ER matters, offering clear, compliant guidance to managers
- Support performance cycles, engagement activity and HR reporting
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR documentation
- Oversee office management, including facilities, suppliers, H&S and general operations
- Support internal communications, events and culture-building initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and HR projects in a scaling environment

- CIPD level 5 qualified
