We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury retail business to recruit an experienced Head of Group Reporting on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, premium brand environment with a strong international presence.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of all group reporting activities, ensuring high-quality, timely financial information across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the group consolidation and monthly reporting process
  • Delivering accurate and insightful board and investor reporting packs
  • Managing statutory reporting and supporting the audit process
  • Overseeing technical accounting matters and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Driving improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
  • Leading and developing a small, high-performing team

About You

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in group reporting within a multi-entity environment
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
  • Experience within retail, consumer, or a fast-paced multi-site business (highly desirable)
  • The ability to operate at pace and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
