Digital Economy Transactions & Technology 14-Month Fixed-Term Contract | London
A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Markets & Growth Manager to support one of its key priority growth areas: Digital Economy Transactions and Technology.
This role sits within a high-performing global Markets & Growth function and works closely with senior partners and industry leads to shape and deliver growth strategy across the firm's corporate and technology practices. It offers exposure to complex, high-value matters and the opportunity to influence strategy at a senior level.
The role
- Develop and execute industry and practice growth strategy across Technology and Digital Economy Transactions
- Identify market trends and client needs using financial, market and client insight
- Lead opportunity identification and manage end-to-end pursuit activity, including pipelines, go/no-go decisions and major pitches
- Drive integrated revenue-generating campaigns, market-facing initiatives and thought leadership
- Act as a connector across practices to unlock cross-selling and collaboration opportunities
- Partner with client relationship leaders to deliver strategic account plans and deepen client relationships
- Take a client-facing role, supporting key growth accounts and attending client meetings and listening sessions
- Manage budgets, monitor ROI and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives
- Line-manage and develop one Executive
About you
- Experience in business development, marketing or growth within professional services
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to turn insight into action
- Confident advising, influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
- Proven project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
- Collaborative, proactive and highly organised with excellent communication skills
