Interim Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner | 3-Month FTC | £45-55k | Hull (On-Site)

We're partnering with a well-established, multi-site business in Hull that is looking for an interim finance professional to support during a period of change and increased workload.

With an under-resourced team and ongoing systems improvements, this role is all about adding value quickly, supporting the team, and bringing clarity to reporting.

The RoleYou'll come in to support a stretched finance team, focusing on reporting, analysis, and general finance support where needed.

• Sales & Performance Reporting: Producing and enhancing reports to provide clear insight into business performance
• Data Analysis: Reviewing and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Business Partnering: Supporting stakeholders with meaningful financial insight
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve reporting and workflows
• Ad-Hoc Support: Getting involved across finance as needed to help stabilise the team

This is a varied, hands-on role where adaptability and attitude are just as important as technical ability.

What We're Looking For

• A well-rounded finance professional with experience across FP&A and/or Finance Business Partnering
• Strong Excel and reporting skills (experience with dashboards/tools is beneficial)
• Confident working with and presenting data to stakeholders
• Comfortable assessing data accuracy and improving reporting outputs
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support wherever needed
• Strong personality - someone who brings energy and isn't afraid to get stuck in
