.Legal Coordinator / Administrator :
A role supporting a team of top performing employment solicitors/ lawyers. A role entailing Manging the fee earners diaries Setting up case files and sending terms of business Manning online chat portal for the firm’s website
dealing with client enquiries and obtaining details for solicit or call backs Verifying ID and checklists Assisting Firm’s solicitor with requests, this will include producing Adviser’s Certificates and incorporating them into Settlement Agreements Raising invoices, proof reading documents Preparing printing and/or scanning bundles for Employment Tribunal or Court cases. Fielding telephone calls and taking details of new enquiries for a call back by one of the firm’s solicitors.
The ideal candidate will be a methodical learner.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Able to prioritise own workload and multi-task.
Ability to work under own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
To work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
Positive outlook and good team player.
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Adobe Acrobat DC.
