MF Dance is one of the UK’s fastest-growing dance organisations, founded by world-renowned martial arts entrepreneur XXXX XXXX.
Our mission is to help young people grow in confidence, fitness, and leadership through the power of dance.
We are now seeking a passionate, motivated, Ambitious and positive Dance Instructor to lead some of our schools, across South Glos and surrounding areas and build a thriving community of young dancers.
The Opportunity
This is not just a teaching role, it’s an opportunity to own and lead your own dance business in partnership with MF Dance.
You’ll receive full training, business mentorship, and all the tools and support you need to step into our already established school/ locations, and have the opportunity to open more locations if you have the desire to move into this full time.
The role will be starting off as 1 evening a week and must be avialable to be flexible for cover work.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy street-dance classes for ages 3–17.
- Manage and motivate a local team of junior instructors, and scholar students.
- Choreograph routines for showcases, competitions, and performances.
- Handle day-to-day operations of your own schools (training provided).
- Support the recruitment and development of new instructors as your team expands.
- Promote your schools locally through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Uphold the MF Dance brand standards, curriculum, and student experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about street, commercial, or hip-hop dance.
- Confident, outgoing, and a natural leader with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and organised with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Has experience teaching or assisting dance classes.
- Experience managing people or teams (preferred).
- Based in South Glos willing to travel for cover work.
- Must drive and have access to a vehicle.
- Ambitious and committed to personal and business growth.
Requirements
- Street-dance or performing-arts experience (teaching or assisting).
- DBS check (can be arranged).
- First Aid qualification (training provided).
- Availability: Monday
- Thursday evenings (flexible to cover varied nights).
- Willingness to work on the business as well as in it
