Place of work Prešov, Slovensko (Job with occasional home office) Contract type full-time, trade licence Wage (gross) From 1 000 EUR/month Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties We are looking for a 1st Line Support Specialist with a strong level of English to join our team. You will be a vital part of our support scaling strategy, helping us transition to a new, AI-first support model. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will not only provide excellent support but also help build the tools that will shape the future of our customer service. What you will do Be the first point of contact for our clients via email, chat, and phone Help users troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues Work with our ticketing system (Freshdesk) to document and track cases Actively contribute to building and improving our knowledge base and AI chatbot Turn real support cases into automation opportunities Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams when needed Deliver a high-quality customer experience with timely responses What we expect English (B2 or higher)
