Develop and interpret technical specifications, manage budgets, and monitor client milestones to maintain project alignment and financial control. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site during installation phases to guarantee adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Ensure regulatory compliance with CE and ISO standards throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining rigorous safety and quality protocols. Conduct technical validation and testing of PLC architectures using Siemens TIA Portal, STEP7, or Rockwell platforms to ensure system reliability and performance. Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for internal review and client communication, supporting transparency and project traceability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to optimize automation solutions tailored to automotive manufacturing needs. Analyze and troubleshoot automation system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. A typical day involves reviewing automation design progress and conducting on-site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance. Another daily activity includes coordinating with clients and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and align project goals. Working hours typically follow a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours to meet critical project deadlines.
