Build AI Support Agent for POS Merchants
Description
We are looking for an experienced developer to build an AI support agent for the POS industry.
The system will support phone calls, SMS, and web chat. It should answer merchant support questions, detect language automatically, keep track of each merchant separately, and hand over complex issues to a human agent with full transcript.
We plan to use the OpenAI LLM API, but candidates who have built similar systems using other LLM APIs are also welcome.
The platform will also need a white-label dashboard for POS sellers, so they can manage and track their own merchants easily. Because of this, frontend/dashboard development skills are also important.
Required experience:
Building real AI chat, voice, or support systems OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs Twilio voice and SMS integration Backend development and database design Frontend skills for dashboard or admin panel development
This is a long-term role, not a small one-time project.
