We are seeking a highly skilled and creative YouTube Script Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced storyteller with a proven track record of writing engaging, high-performing scripts tailored for YouTube audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, develop, and write compelling scripts for YouTube videos across various topics
2. Transform ideas, briefs, and concepts into captivating narratives that retain audience attention
3. Craft strong hooks, engaging story arcs, and satisfying conclusions
4. Adapt tone, style, and pacing to match different content formats and target audiences
5. Collaborate with content creators, editors, and producers to ensure alignment with channel goals
6. Revise scripts based on feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a YouTube script writer or in a similar role
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful, high-engagement content
3. Exceptional storytelling and narrative structuring skills
4. Excellent research and writing abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail
5. Ability to write in a clear, engaging, and conversational tone
